Revival

So let's begin with the morning. I didn't expect this happening so soon but... I missed first period. LMAO! I woke up late, so I didn't technically skip class. Woke up rested and turned to my right. My dysfunctional digital clock displayed 7:26 am. Whoops! Shit... I got pissed at first, because I have a tardy problem, but recollected and thought. Should I rush it and, somehow, get to class with whatever remaining time there was? If I did, then I'd have to skip a shower. So, I decided against that idea/plan. I just kept it cool and got ready. Ultimately, though I already knew it, I didn't make, or even tried to make it, to first period. I felt like I let my mom down because she always urges me to not be tardy. Later on when I told her, she was cool about it. Thanks ma!

Second period psych was fun. Our first assignment was to find a quote that impacts you and find a picture of who said it. Print everything on a paper and bring it to class. Once again I kept it real and used the quote/phrase that I always use when time calls for it. (Seventh grade English was the last one to.) The quote says, and I quote, "Life's a garden. Dig it." Now come on, you've got to know who said that... geez. It was said by the one and only Joe Dirt. Or, better known as David Spade, the actor. David Spade is one of my favorite comedians and Joe Dirt is a movie I'll never forget. I remember I wanted to watch that movie so bad and no one else wanted to. So my father took me to it and we both watched. Ah, the memories.... That was the highlight of second period.

Mrs. Martin (econ) had everyone tell the class seven things of themselves. Your name, favorite sport, favorite food, favorite TV show, favorite historical event, and where do you see yourself in exactly one year. OK, I listed six things. At least, I thought there were seven things. I forgot. My answers were:

  1. "My name is Jerome."

  2. "If you consider it a sport, my favorite sport is skateboarding."

  3. "My favorite food is pasta, fettuccine to be specific."

  4. "My favorite TV show is Monk."

  5. "Favorite historical event was when I was born."

  6. "And in one year I see myself in college studying art... design."

I sat down feeling cool.

I had no car today which made me sad but my homie Michael was gracious enough to give me a lift home. Homie for life. While at home, I finally got myself back into writing poetry. Damn, it felt really good. I haven't lost it which is a blessing. I wrote a song. A song! Two verses and a chorus. For the first time after a while I come up with a song? That's tight son. Its about.... You'll have to listen to it to know foo. I'll be recording tomorrow at Born Blessed's. And! And! And! My package came! Yahoo! It came hella quick. I asked the seller for confirmation and it came without him even getting the chance to give me the code. That was pretty out of the ordinary. The package contained:

Supreme Bill Thomas tee and Supreme Herringbone Denim. Dope shit.

Took a nap and felt refreshed. Church was really good. Gave me the inspiration that I needed. Now I'm better. Today, I wore shit that I do a lot so I didn't take a picture or post in the WDYWT. I wore; Joe Cool/Supreme tee, Nudie SJRI, and Vans Chukka. Yup.

Currently listening to: Chino XL - 3 to da dome.

I'm off to do business, so 'til the next time. Au revoir.

A High School Senior

Today was my first day returning back to school, along with everyone else. It was different in a good way for me. I couldn't go to sleep that easily. Not because I was excited -I wasn't all that much, it was because I didn't want to oversleep and be tardy to first period. I've never had first period in my high school years, so it was something. By the arrival of fifth period, I was tired. It seemed as if I went through seven classes. I conclude it was due to the lack of sleep. Also, I was able to park at the spot that I like the best. I'm claiming it my spot. My classes are alright and I know they'll be fun. But, I have two classes that are mixed... which I never expected. I don't really want to be in mixed classes because underclassmen are whack. So, lunch came and I became happy because that means I'm off of school. Its a great feeling to leave that early. Kinda superior, in fact.
Now I'm a little tired, off, and hungry. Oh, don't worry, I'll feed my needs. Gonna eat, take a nap, then go lift. Working the traps, chest, neck, and abs today. It should be great! And for the off-ness feeling... whatever.

What I wore today-

Dear Bittersweet,

"Summer was great. What I'll miss most is waking up early just to go to your house early, so we could have as much time together as possible. Yet, day after day we spent together at your house, doing anything, time would always fly by. Then, we'd go out and do more. People usually take their time and sleep in on summer mornings -we didn't. We continued to rise early. Remember when my hand got cut and I went to Hawaii? It was such more sugar on the icing. Now, summer's done. Not my summer -no. Because of you, it became our summer. We shared it mostly with no one else. Now to keep this from becoming an essay and just short and sweet... I miss you girl. Thank you deeply for everything. You are my rib. :] "

School today... yay.... I think I'll be late.

Bliss.

Yesterday, was a great day among great days. Started the morning off with Bible Study, along with my S.O., then returned to my house. Spent the whole day, again, with her, and again, it was worth it. We just hung around and stuff, you get the gist. Then, the main event of the evening came. Serving our eagerness. The Ringling Bros Circus (I won't type the whole name.) I haven't seen one since I was a child, and it may really be the best show on the earth. Went with my parents, grandparents, sibling, friend, and S.O. It was "off-the-chain." After, my sibling, friend, S.O., and I decided to go watch Superbad. That was a super idea. Sis and I didn't feel like going to work the next morning... so we canceled it. How wrong... who cares? Let me tell you, that movie is the bomb. Its time setting is basically just one, adventurous, day. And usually films that only take place in one day, in my opinion, become dragged on and stretched. But, Superbad, was not super dragged or super stretched, it was super awesome. A really good one-ish day movie that earns my approval. Enjoy pics:

San Jose State University....

Today, I visited my S.O. at SJSU. She's dorming and gave me a, not grand, tour. It was nice. I wouldn't mind living or attending this college. I heard they have a great art department, and art is my calling. Their food court is tight. I really like it. And the feeling of seeing her again, so great. Even thought it wasn't a whole week, I never stop missing that girl. -I need to find a word that means "extreme missing-someone." If you know what it is, holla at me- I tried to find parking... and I ended up parking at a sidewalk that needed a permit. I wasn't really sure if it did, that's why I parked there. Turns out I did need one, so we relocated my car. After parking, I went to, my best guess, her building. I was right and she came out and a smile came to the surface of my face. Overall, another great time.

I had a great workout at the gym today too. I haven't been taking my supplements since I recovered from my worst case of "mud butt." I think they had something to do with it. Now, I'm thinking I might just continue body building naturally, no supplements. Or, until I find the right creatine and protein for me, which I haven't been having any luck at.

Well, early day for a promising dope day. Goodnight.

I'm back

I went to "Marine World" today. To my notice, its renamed. Now, it's name is Discovery Kingdom. That's tight. Well, it was dope. Went with my family. Tons of fun -tons. This is my last week before senior year begins, exactly one week from now. And its funny to me, 'cause I'm going to a lot of festivities this week. Amusement park today and circus on Friday. I think it'll be a good week to end this summer. Now I guess that's all.

I need no introduction...

I finally decided to make a blog... (blank feeling.) So...

Usually, at a time like this, I'd feel like explaining things about myself. Forget that. Some readers may know me, some may not. That's all that matters. And, if you don't know me, (maybe you're just an anonymous reader), then maybe you'll get to. To a certain extent -of course. Stay tuned, later.

1st post! Yay!
